•Led AI driven predictive maintenance pilot for armoured vehicle engines (₹1.4 Cr), enhancing mission reliability and targeting 21% failure-rate reduction. •Implemented AR based Quality Assurance automation (₹30 L) across 12 production stages and 839 standards, achieving 40% faster inspections and creating a digital QA data bank. •Digitised supply chain and inventory operations, delivering ₹34 Cr savings on ₹385 Cr procurement and 34% reduction in process delays through data-led automation. •Achieved 78% YoY production surge, highest in unit history by redesigning workflows and embedding analytics in production scheduling. •Directed R&D of Series Hybrid Electric Drive, pioneering sustainable mobility system integration.

•Improved asset availability from 42 to 73 % across 700 km of high altitude terrain through reliability analytics, predictive failure modelling and large scale resource redeployment. •Established digitalized overhaul facilities delivering 147 engines, 292 generator sets and 18 ambulances within 17 months. •Conceptualized and led induction and lifecycle support of 107 advanced systems from TASL, Kalyani and global OEMs, integrating diagnostic and monitoring technologies. •Received COAS Unit Appreciation (2024) - first such recognition in 50 years, for modernization and operational transformation.

  • Leading a project of conversion of existing powerpack of an Armoured Vehicle with an electric powertrain

  • Led study on efficacy and deployment of various types of Fuel Cells at 18000 feet altitude

  • Leading a project for upgradation of inline FIP of Armoured Vehicle for increased fuel efficiency

  • Conceptualised and executed a blueprint on utilisation & sustainment of new generation latest technology military equipment at High Altitude Areas 

  • ​Transformed philosophy of repair and maintenance support in High Altitude by tkaing it to user doorstep, thereby increasing asset availability from 42 to 73%
