Delivered ₹34.3 Cr cost savings on ₹385 Cr procurement budget via data driven supply chain optimisation. Led development of Series Hybrid Electric Drive to replace IC engines in armoured vehicles. Automated and decentralised inventory management across 3,500 SKUs and 126,000 items, reducing delays by 34%. Achieved 78% YoY production increase, surpassing prior two years combined output.

Boosted asset availability from 42% to 73% in extreme 17,000 ft conditions. Established new overhaul facilities for engines, generators, and ambulances.
